Prawn Crackers

1. Shred the shrimp meat into a juicer, add salt, sugar, soy sauce, and 1/3 water to puree

2. Add the prawn paste to the oil and mix well, add 1/2 tapioca starch and mix well, add 1/3 water and mix well, then add 1/2 tapioca starch and stir, add the last 1/3 water to make a paste.
