Prawn Crackers

Shred the shrimp meat into a juicer, add salt, sugar, soy sauce, and 1/3 water to puree

Add the prawn paste to the oil and mix well, add 1/2 tapioca starch and mix well, add 1/3 water and mix well, then add 1/2 tapioca starch and stir, add the last 1/3 water to make a paste.

Preheat the egg roll machine for 2 minutes, put a spoonful of batter into the middle of the machine, close the lid, wait until the water vapor completely evaporates, take out the pancakes, cool and seal the box
