Pumpkin and Shrimp Fried Rice

Wash the pumpkin and cut into small pieces. Shred the lean meat, smash the garlic, and chop the shrimp, shell and dice the shrimp.

Heat oil in a pan, pour in the pumpkin and stir-fry until cooked, add salt, and serve.

Pour in shredded pork, stir fry, and adjust the amount of salt.
4.
Push the shredded pork to the side of the pot, sauté the garlic, stir well, and serve.
5.
Saute the shrimps.

Pour other ingredients except pumpkin into the pot, add appropriate amount of oil and light soy sauce, stir and stir well.
7.
Pour in the cooked rice and stir-fry evenly.
8.
Pour in the pumpkin cubes and stir well.
9.
Just install it.
