Pumpkin Baked Wing Root

Put chicken wing roots, oil, light soy sauce, salt, five-spice powder, and red pepper powder in a large bowl. Knead gently for 1 minute after mixing. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 1 night.

Cut the pumpkin, onion, and noodles into small pieces.
