Pumpkin Grilled Pork Slices

For the raw materials, add slices to pumpkin, and slice pork loin to fascia for later use.

Marinate the meat slices with cooking wine and chicken essence for 5 minutes.

Boil the water and drain the pumpkin slices until they are mature.

Add oil to the pan, saute the minced garlic, pour in the pumpkin slices, stir fry, season with chicken essence and fine salt, and place on a plate for later use.

Remove the pork slices with grease for later use.

Keep the oil low, sauté the ginger, garlic, green onion, and pepper slices. Pour in appropriate amount of broth or boiling water, season with chicken essence, fine salt, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce to make a grilled sauce.

Pour in the smooth meat slices and thicken with wet corn starch.
8.
Grill the fried pork slices on the fried pumpkin.
