Pumpkin Rice

Wash the rice and soak for 1 hour;

Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes;

Pour the rice into the cooking box, pour an appropriate amount of water, add a little salt, and sprinkle the diced pumpkin on the rice;

Put the cooking box in the microwave oven, pay attention to put a plate or other special container for the microwave oven under the cooking box, because when cooking rice, water will overflow, which is convenient for receiving water and cleaning;

Select microwave power P100 high heat to heat for 5 minutes, then turn to microwave power P50 to heat for 15 minutes (or press), and simmer for 5 minutes after cooking is better.

Shallot oil production: chopped shallot;

Pour the oil into the pot and heat it to 50% heat (bubble will be generated when placed next to the pot with a wooden spatula), pour the shallots into the pot and fry;

Fry on low heat until the shallots are golden brown and turn off the heat;

After the pumpkin rice is cooked, add the shallot oil and stir it.
Tips:
1. A plate must be placed under the cooking box. During the cooking process, the plate can catch the overflowing water and is also easy to clean.
2. If you don't like to eat shallots, you can filter the shallot oil to remove the shallots.
3. Excess shallot oil can also be eaten with noodles, the taste is also very good.
