Purple Cabbage Salad
1.
Wash the purple cabbage bought in the supermarket or vegetable market with warm water and set aside.

Wash and peel the cucumbers for later use.
3.
Root coriander, wash and drain.
4.
Pour shredded purple cabbage into a basin.
5.
Shred the cucumber and add it.
6.
Add the coriander into sections.
7.
Add minced garlic.
8.
Add some salt.
9.
Add the right amount of Lee Kum Kee cold sauce.
10.
Add a small amount of caster sugar.
11.
Add a small amount of sesame oil.
12.
Stir all the ingredients evenly with chopsticks.
13.
Pour in an appropriate amount of peeled peanuts before eating.
14.
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
15.
Stir well and put it on the plate.
