Purple Cabbage Salad

Prepare ingredients: purple cabbage, cucumber, bean sprouts (sometimes I also put carrots, the color is better and nutritious)

Wash cucumbers with salt and cut into shreds, wash the outer skin of red cabbage and cut into shreds, wash and blanch the bean sprouts and set aside

Add a little monosodium glutamate, salt, light soy sauce, appropriate amount of vinegar (my family likes to put more), and two drops of sesame oil into these prepared ingredients. Keep turning the pots a few times to mix the seasonings and ingredients evenly.
