Rack of Lamb

Wash lamb chops and put them in a pot, add star anise, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, green onion, ginger slices, and cook until chopsticks can be inserted in and fish out.

Put it into the baking pan and brush with a layer of oil.

Sprinkle with chili powder.

Sprinkle with cumin powder.

Finally, sprinkle some salt and garlic cloves.

Put it in the oven at 220 degrees for about 30 minutes, take out and sprinkle with white sesame seeds (if there is little meat on the top of the lamb chops, it will be ready for about 15 minutes).
7.
Serve ready to serve.
