Radish Stewed Tofu

Wash the radishes and peel them.

Cut into diamond-shaped pieces.
3.
Cut the pepper into sections.

Chop green onion, ginger, garlic, and cut frozen tofu into cubes.

Put oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry.

Add sliced radish and stir fry.
7.
Add frozen tofu and stir fry.
8.
Add light soy sauce, salt and a little water.
9.
Add hot peppers and stir fry.
10.
Add MSG to taste.
