Red Soybean Skin
1.
You can blanch the bean curd once or not.
2.
Cut the bean skin into even strips.
3.
Make a bowl of sauce, put the chopped green onion and garlic and all the above seasonings (except edible oil) into the bowl.
4.
Heat the cooking oil and pour it on the sauce.
5.
Pour the sauce on the bean skin.
6.
Stir well.
7.
Just serve it and eat it.
