Red Soybean Skin

Prepare two or three sheets of bean curd, which can be blanched or unblanched.
2.
Cut the bean curd into strips.
3.
Mix the above seasonings together and make a bowl of sauce.
4.
Pour the cooking oil over the sauce.
5.
Pour the sauce on the tofu.
6.
Stir well.
7.
Serve ready to serve.
