Refreshing Fungus

1. Soak the fungus in advance. If you are in a hurry, use warm water. I soaked it in cold water the night before;

2. Cucumber, spicy rice, garlic, wash and set aside;

3. Diced rice spicy

4. A small amount of sugar + a small amount of salt + a small amount of seafood soy sauce + rice vinegar + minced garlic + rice spicy sauce, the more soaking will make the spicy taste stronger;

5. After soaking, clean it up, boil it in boiling water for two or three minutes, soak it in cold water and tear it into small pieces. Pull it out in ice water and eat it better;

6. Cut cucumber slices and fungus and mix well with the prepared juice;

7. If you like it more spicy, you can add a little mustard;
