Refreshing Fungus

Soak the black fungus in warm water, cut the green and red peppers into rings, and cut the onion into shreds;

Take a small bowl, add balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, and mustard paste to adjust;

Pinch off the roots of the fungus, wash and break into small flowers, let it boil in a pot of water for one minute and then remove the cold water;
4.
Pour the seasoning juice into a bowl with fungus, add green and red pepper rings and onion shreds, and mix well.
