When you don’t want to eat rice, a bowl of noodles would be great.
Noodles are rich in nutrients such as starch and protein, and they feel full when you eat them. It takes only a few minutes to make a bowl of hot and dry noodles, which is especially suitable for quick lunch.
The smooth and chewy noodles are mixed with chives, capers, and mustard greens. The sauce is fragrant and delicious, which greatly increases the appetite.
Top with chili oil to make the noodles yellow and oily, fresh and spicy, with a special flavor.
