Tips:

1. Wet shiitake mushrooms can also be used, but it is recommended to use dried shiitake mushrooms for soaking, because only dried shiitake mushrooms have that fragrance;
2. After pouring the ribs and the soup into the inner pot of the rice cooker, you can use chopsticks to measure the water level a little bit, a little more than when we usually steam the rice;
3. You can also add a small amount of glutinous rice, so that the cooked pork ribs will be softer, but the glutinous rice is not easy to digest, so I didn't add it;
4. Step 8 Before pouring the ribs and soup into the inner pot of the rice cooker, it is recommended that you use a spoon to taste the saltiness. The salt flavor is heavier than the stewed ribs we usually eat, so that the steamed ribs rice will taste Just right;
5. The ribs in the ribs rice can also be replaced with other meats. For example, chicken nuggets and sirloin are suitable, and the method is basically the same;
6. If there is only an electric rice cooker: first boil an appropriate amount of boiling water to blanch the ribs. Blanching the ribs can remove blood foam and some impurities, as well as some fishy odors. Then pour off the water that has been blanched for the ribs, add the hot water that has not been used for the ribs, add the mushrooms, add the above seasonings at one time, and select the porridge button to simmer the ribs for about 20 minutes. Then open the lid and add the washed rice, diced carrots and green beans, measure the water level, and then choose to cook the rice (you can also marinate the ribs with the seasoning in advance and steam them directly with the rice, but the taste is worse, the meat Not that bad).
