Tips:
1. Wet shiitake mushrooms can also be used, but it is recommended to use dried shiitake mushrooms for soaking, because only dried shiitake mushrooms have that fragrance;

3. You can also add a small amount of glutinous rice, so that the cooked pork ribs will be softer, but the glutinous rice is not easy to digest, so I didn't add it;

6. If there is only an electric rice cooker: first boil an appropriate amount of boiling water to blanch the ribs. Blanching the ribs can remove blood foam and some impurities, as well as some fishy odors.
