Rinse the eggplant

Cut into 4 sections

Cut into small strips

Pour some oil in the rice cooker

Pour in the cut eggplant

After stirring evenly, add appropriate amount of salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly

Mix corn starch with water to make powder water

Pour the powdered water into the eggplant
