Ever since I learned how to cook, I always feel that the rice noodles sold out are not as delicious as I cooked by myself. There are many types of rice noodles, such as spicy, shiitake mushrooms, chicken, beef... Today I will have a smorgasbord, and put everything you like. on! *^_^*

Rice Noodle Casserole

1. Diced fresh beef,

2. In a pot under cold water, add the cooking wine, green onion, and ginger, boil for 10 minutes, remove,

3. Wash the shiitake mushrooms with a flower knife,

4. Wash the rapeseed and set aside,

5. Use less oil in the wok and fry a piece of hot pot bottoms.

6. Add chopped green onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant,

7. Pour in beef cubes and stir fry until it tastes.
