Rice Noodles with Plum Pork and Mushroom

Prepare all the ingredients.

Soak the rice noodles in warm water and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, put the sliced ginger in a pan, and stir-fry the plum meat until its color changes.

Add mushrooms and fry until soft.

Pour the big bone soup (water).

Cover the pot and cook on high heat for a fragrance.

Add salt and stir well.

Season with light soy sauce, sprinkle with white pepper and chopped green onion, and set aside.
