Rice Tofu Pork

Dice rice tofu.

Put the rice tofu in cold water, add the soy sauce and cook until the water boils, and drain the water.

Stir the minced meat with vegetable oil and add the dark soy sauce to the saucepan.

Add water.

Put the rice tofu, cover and boil on high heat for 5 minutes.

Add salt to taste.

Add light soy sauce over high heat to collect the juice.

Add water starch to thicken.
9.
Add green chilies.

Not good-looking but delicious!
