Roast Chicken

Three yellow chickens have their heads, claws and butts removed.

Break the bones in the back.

Pour in cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, green onions, ginger slices, salt, sugar, chili noodles, oyster sauce, pepper noodles, five-spice powder.

Knead and mix well.

Cover with plastic wrap and marinate overnight.

Put a little less oil in the pan and fry the chicken skin side first.

Cover and fry on low heat for 10 minutes.

Turn over and cover again, and fry on low heat for 10 minutes.
