Lentils: This is a general term for kidney beans or beans. The lentils cooked today are often used for stir-frying, and they are also stewed. They have a soft texture and a good taste.

Roasted Lentils

1. Main and auxiliary materials: washed lentils, pork skin, green onion and ginger.

2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the scallions and ginger.

3. Add the pork skin and stir-fry, and cook into the cooking wine.

4. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce.

5. Stir-fry on low heat until the skin is colored.

Tips:

1. Pork belly can also be used instead of skin.
