Roasted Lentils

Main and auxiliary materials: washed lentils, pork skin, green onion and ginger.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the scallions and ginger.

Add the pork skin and stir-fry, and cook into the cooking wine.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce.

Stir-fry on low heat until the skin is colored.

Add appropriate amount of water and cook for 5 minutes

Put in lentils

After cooking for 5 minutes, add salt and MSG to taste

Tips:
1. Pork belly can also be used instead of skin.
2. Lentils must be cooked thoroughly before they can be eaten.
