Roasted Pork with Eggs

1. Beat eggs, slice pork and plum meat, cut small green peppers with a horseshoe knife, and mince green onions.

2. Put a little oil in the pot, fry the eggs and set aside

3. Put oil in the pot for a second time, add pork slices and stir-fry until the color changes, add thirteen incense, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce.

4. Add small green peppers, salt, chicken essence, and beef powder.

5. Finally, add the scrambled eggs and stir-fry for half a minute to get out of the pan.
