Roasted Potato Chips with Garlic Stalks

1. Cut garlic sprouts into sections.

2. Sliced potato chips and ham strips.

3. Add the potato chips to 60% of the oil and fry for one minute.

4. Add garlic sprouts and ham and fry for five seconds.

5. Remove and set aside.

6. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped green onion and garlic and saute until fragrant.
