Roasted Potato Chips with Garlic Stalks

Cut garlic sprouts into sections.

Sliced potato chips and ham strips.
3.
Add the potato chips to 60% of the oil and fry for one minute.
4.
Add garlic sprouts and ham and fry for five seconds.
5.
Remove and set aside.
6.
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped green onion and garlic and saute until fragrant.
7.
Add a spoonful of water.
8.
Add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, water starch to thicken.
9.
Add ingredients.
10.
Stir-fry evenly out of the pan.
