Potatoes, no matter how they are made, children like to eat them. Stir-fried shreds, fried slices, fried, braised, stewed, steamed and boiled are all done. It takes a few minutes to burn the garlic fungus.

Roasted Potatoes with Garlic Moss Fungus

1. Peel and wash potatoes.

2. Cut even strips.

3. Wash the garlic moss and cut into sections.

4. Wash and tear the fungus.

5. Cut dried chili into sections, scallion chopped green onion, garlic slices (optional).

6. Heat a wok with oil, add green onion, garlic, and dried chili until fragrant.

7. Add garlic moss and stir fry.

8. Add the potato chips and stir fry together, the drenching taste is very fresh, and the old soy sauce adds color and fragrance. Pour in a spoonful of hot water or soup, add sugar, and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes. Turn over while burning to prevent sticking to the pan.

9. Add the torn fungus and stir fry for one minute. Add MSG and stir evenly. Turn off the heat.

10. Put it out of the pot and serve it on the plate.

Tips:

Cut the potato strips evenly. \nFried garlic moss can be fried without garlic, it will taste better with aniseed. \nDon't put the fungus too early, just put it when it is out of the pot.
