Rose Jelly-happiness is Like A Flower

Wash the purple cabbage and set aside.

Put the purple cabbage into a juicer, add a little water, and smash it.

Filter the residue, as long as water.

Add appropriate amount of soy flour to the bowl and stir evenly without any dry powder.

Heat the purple cabbage in a water pot, add a little water to boil according to the amount of soy flour in the bowl.

After the water boils, pour the soy flour into a bowl while stirring. Turn off the heat when it's all set and become a paste.

Put the jelly in the rose mold while it is hot, and let it cool completely.

Tips:
1. The amount of soy flour in the bowl determines the amount of water. I didn't measure it when I made it. You can put less water first. After all the soy flour is poured in, you can add water and continue cooking until it looks like a paste. Up.
2. You can put the vegetable juice first, or pour it into a bowl of soy flour. I made two kinds of them. If the color is dark, put more, and if you want lighter color, put less.
3. What's more amazing is that I did it at noon, and when I came back in the evening, I found that blue turned pink, and it turned out to be the color I wanted.
