Round Clams Boiled Crab

Ingredients: Crab (washed), clams (washed after spitting out the mud), ginger slices, chives

Remove the cleaned crabs to remove the shells and cut the gills with scissors and set aside.

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat up, then add the sliced ginger to the pot.

Then, add the washed clams and stir fry.

Then, combine the packed crabs and add an appropriate amount of water.

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Bring to a boil and cook until the clams open.

Then, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

Season to mix well.

Finally, put the chives and serve.
