Salmon Sushi

Cool the steamed rice, add a spoonful of sushi vinegar and stir for a few minutes.

Spread a layer of plastic wrap on the roller blinds. Novices must spread the plastic wrap or it will not be easy to curl up behind.

Put a piece of seaweed on the plastic wrap

Put the rice with sushi vinegar on the seaweed and flatten it with a spoon. There should be no gaps between the rice and the rice should not be spread 1cm in the front, otherwise it will be difficult to close.

Place cucumber strips, pork floss, radish strips, and salmon on the rice near you.

Roll up the bamboo curtain with one hand while curling it, and pull the rolled up bamboo curtain with four fingers except your thumb, and pull it toward you. The other hand pulls the other one of the bamboo curtain and moves it toward you. Pull in the direction, and when all are rolled up, squeeze the bamboo curtain with both hands together.

Remove the roller blinds and cut them into a width of about 1.5cm. Wash them with clean water each time before cutting the knife, and cut it with one cut, so that the cut is neat.
