Salted Egg Steamed Meat Cake

Wash the pork and slice it.

Add some minced pork.

Chop the soaked shiitake mushrooms

Chop finely together in the pork.

Add sugar, starch and light soy sauce.

Stir vigorously.

The meat is compacted on the plate, and a hole is pressed in the middle.

Beat in a salted egg.

Steam in a pot with hot water until cooked, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and drizzle a little bit of hot oil.
Tips:
Add some salt when the pork is chopped to make it taste smoother.
