Salted Fish Stewed with Peanuts

1. Wash salted fish and cut into sections.

2. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the chives, ginger, garlic.

3. Pour in salted fish and stir fry.

4. Add a tablespoon of bean paste, a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and a tablespoon of vinegar.
