Salted Fish Stewed with Peanuts

Wash salted fish and cut into sections.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté the chives, ginger, garlic.
3.
Pour in salted fish and stir fry.
4.
Add a tablespoon of bean paste, a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and a tablespoon of vinegar.
5.
Add a bowl of water, a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of chicken essence and a spoonful of sugar.
6.
Pour in the cooked peanuts and simmer for 20 minutes.
