Sauce and Cold Skin
1.
One piece of Liangpi and one piece of gluten.

Cut the cold skin into one finger wide and cut the gluten into small dices.
3.
Shred cucumber and red pepper.
4.
Cut garlic into small pieces and add some salt.

Mash into garlic paste, cool and boil, lighten soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and sesame paste to make a sauce. (I took one less picture, I thought I had taken it 😅)
6.
Pour the prepared sauce on the cold skin.
7.
A moderate amount of chili oil.
8.
Spicy peanuts are chopped, sprinkle and serve.
