Sauce Beef
1.
Wash the beef and set aside.
2.
Wash ginger and chives, cut into sections.
3.
After adding water to the pot and boil, scoop out the froth first. Then add the seasoning bag, add chives and ginger slices, and simmer for more than an hour. Use chopsticks to penetrate it.
4.
Scoop two spoons of soybean paste.
5.
Add water to neutralize it.
6.
Pour into the pot and continue to simmer over low heat. It is not easy to cook too bad, too bad to slice a bit difficult. The cooked beef will continue to soak in the pot to make it more delicious.
7.
Remove the beef and control the soup.
8.
Find a piece of meat that is suitable for slicing, and slowly slice it into thin slices. Cut the beef horizontally so that it is easy to chew. (I cooked a bit big, I put it in the refrigerator for a while and then sliced it, and then warmed it up.)
9.
Prepare ginger and chives, coriander.
10.
Chopped.
11.
Add dark soy sauce, chicken essence, thirteen flavors to a small bowl, the taste is very fresh, and the balsamic vinegar makes the sauce.
12.
Add the green onion.
13.
Scoop the boiled beef broth into a bowl.
14.
Use a spoon to scoop out the soup and pour it evenly on top of the beef slices, so that each slice of beef can fully absorb the soup.
15.
Cut another small red pepper, and finally pour part of the seasoning sauce in the middle of the plate and partly on top of the beef slices. The delicious and chewy beef slices with soy sauce are ready to eat.
