The presentation I learned from friends of Meitian is really beautiful. When I came to Midian to harvest the beautiful grains, I also reaped the beauty. "

Sauce-flavored Pork

1. Thinly sliced pork tenderloin

2. Add 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, a little pepper, and mix well

3. Add half an egg white and stir well

4. Add some water starch to mix well and marinate for ten minutes

5. Cut cucumbers, carrots, and green onions into thick strips

6. Take a piece of dried tofu and spread it flat, and put the cucumber, carrot, and a little green onion on one end

7. Roll it up, be sure to roll it tighter and have more layers, otherwise it will easily fall apart when you cut into sections later.

8. Cut diagonally into small pieces of uniform width

9. Yard around the plate

10. Heat oil in a nonstick pan, sauté the scallions and ginger

11. Marinated pork

12. Stir-fry until the shredded pork changes color, serve and set aside

13. Add a little base oil to the pot, add sweet noodle sauce and light soy sauce

14. Sauté

15. Add the fried shredded pork and stir-fry evenly so that the shredded pork is evenly covered with the sauce

16. Season with salt

17. Stir well

18. Put the fried shredded pork in the middle of the plate

19. Garnish with chopped green onion and millet pepper

Tips:

It is recommended to use a non-stick pan, it will not stick to the pan when frying the shredded pork
