Sauce-flavored Sesame Cake

Mix flour, water, and yeast powder to form a smooth and appropriate dough, and ferment to 2 times its size.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the minced pork belly and stir-fry continuously to get the fat out.

Add Laoganma flavored tempeh and stir fry evenly. (The original recipe is chopped tempeh and two tablespoons of hot sauce)

Add a little scallion and minced ginger and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

Add a little sugar and salt (if appropriate) to set the taste.

Turn off the heat when the soup becomes less and the minced meat is crispy. Add cumin powder (you can use a little more) and chopped onions.

Stir well to form a sauce, let cool and set aside.

Roll out the dough into square slices.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for about 13 minutes (the temperature is adjusted according to your own oven, if you want to eat a bit crisper, extend the time appropriately), after the oven is baked, evenly brush a layer of soybean paste, and sprinkle a layer of crushed white sesame seeds. This step can also be baked in a pan.
