Sauce Three Dice

Main ingredients: pork, potatoes, carrots, soy sauce

Peel the potatoes, wash and dice them.

Soak in water for 5 minutes to wash the starch and drain the water.

Peel the carrots, wash and dice them.

Dice pork, add appropriate amount of water and starch to make evenly and syrup

Heat oil, add diced potatoes to medium-low heat and fry them thoroughly, remove and set aside.

Then add the diced carrots, fry them thoroughly and remove them for later use.

Put the diced meat in a pot, slide it over a low heat, and set aside.

Tips:
1. You can also leave out the chopped green onions, and the finished dishes will look better.
2. If you like heavy color, put more sauce instead of salt; otherwise, put less sauce and use a little salt to improve the flavor.
