Sauerkraut Fried Noodles

Cut the green onion, ginger, and minced garlic.

Cut the sauerkraut.
3.
Cut the beef shreds and marinate with a little starch and cooking wine.

One vermicelli is soaked in hot water and taken out for later use.

Heat, add cooking oil, sauté the pan with chopped green onions and ginger.

Tips:
1. Sauerkraut eats oil, add more cooking oil after heating the pan.
2. Fans or vermicelli can be used, depending on personal preference.
3. If you like coloring, add some light soy sauce after adding beef shreds and stir fry.
