Sauerkraut Pork Noodle

Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic into sections, wash the sauerkraut several times with water to remove a part of the salt, cut the meat into shreds, use light soy sauce and a little starch, and marinate for a while

Tips:
The fried shredded pork fills out a part. In order to better taste the fragrance of the shredded pork, do not boil the whole soup
