Sauerkraut Pork Stewed Vermicelli

Clean the pork belly and slice it.

Rinse the sauerkraut twice with water and shred it.

Add a little oil to the pan and fry the pork belly.

Fry out the fat in the pork belly over medium and small fire.

Add appropriate amount of chopped green onion and garlic until fragrant

Add some light soy sauce.

Pour the sauerkraut into the pot and stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of water into the pot and cook.

After the water in the pot is boiled, pour the vermicelli into the pot.

Cover the pot and cook over medium heat, and cook until the vermicelli is cooked to your liking.

Add the right amount of salt.

Add some light soy sauce.

Pour in a little vinegar. Shibali sweet potato flour, special potato quality, naturally more delicious.
Tips:
The vermicelli can be soaked in hot water in advance and then boiled in sauerkraut. But I like to cook it directly like this, it feels more chewy and delicious. The taste of sauerkraut is not sour, so add proper amount of vinegar. If sauerkraut is very sour, don't add vinegar.
