Sauerkraut Soup with Taro Balls

Ingredients: 1 taro, 1 small bowl of sauerkraut, 1 coriander, 3 cloves of garlic, and small pieces of ginger.

Peel the taro, wash and cut into slices, put in a bowl and steam it in a steamer.

Press the steamed taro into a puree with a spoon.

Pinch the taro mash with your hands repeatedly and knead it into small balls.

Beat ginger and garlic, and cut coriander into sections.

Add oil to the wok, stir-fry the sauerkraut for a while after the oil is warm.

Boil in a large bowl of water, add ginger and garlic.

Put the taro balls and boil them, and the taro balls will be cooked when they rise.
9.
Add light soy sauce, salt, and MSG out of the pot and sprinkle with coriander.
Tips:
This kind of taro is Thai sweet taro grown by my sister. It is very floury and can be cooked in five minutes. It will not loosen when it is squeezed by hands repeatedly. If it is made from other taro, it is better to put some starch in the shape.
