Sauerkraut Stewed White Meat

Cut the fat and lean pork separately, mince the onion, ginger, and garlic.

Soak the sauerkraut in water and wash it several times, dry it for later use.

Heat oil in a wok, fry pork until fragrant, then add green onion and ginger and stir fry.

Pour in a small amount of soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Add all the sauerkraut and stir fry

Pour in an appropriate amount of water.

Add the wide noodles, cook until boiling, add salt and chicken essence, and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Tips:
1. The sauerkraut you bought has a strong salty taste, so wash it several times.
2. White meat is a must, stewed with sauerkraut, fat but not greasy, the longer the stew, the more delicious the taste.
