A very home-cooked dish

Sauerkraut White Meat

1. Prepare the meat, sauerkraut, green onion, ginger (the pork is fried in advance)

2. Sliced meat, chopped sauerkraut, diced ginger, finely chopped green onion

3. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, chicken powder, appropriate amount of water to the bowl to make the sauce

4. Heat oil in a pan, add sauerkraut and stir fry, pour in the sauce, cover and simmer for 5 minutes

5. Place the meat slices in a large bowl and add minced ginger

6. Put the fried sauerkraut and pour it on top of the pork

7. Put it in a pot and steam over high heat for half an hour

8. Put the steamed sauerkraut meat upside down on the plate

9. Just sprinkle with chopped green onion

Tips:

Steaming meat in a pressure cooker is more perishable
