There was some meat left when making dumplings. I made it into sausages. It was delicious!

Sausage

1. Prepare ingredients: make meat filling, soak the casing in water for a while

2. Pour the minced meat into the casing and tie it in sections

3. Slowly cook the sausages on low heat until cooked through

4. Fish out and let cool

5. Put peanut oil in the pan

6. Slowly fry until golden brown

7. Slice and plate after cooling

Tips:

After filling the sausage, prick a few eyes with a needle, and cook it on a low heat.
