Sausage Pea Siu Mai

Prepared lean meat, salami and peas

Tips:
1. Buy wonton wrappers. If you don’t have wonton wrappers, dumpling wrappers will do, but you need to roll them out thinner.

3. Buy fresh peas and remove their shells, wash and blanch them to remove the green peas
