Coriander is coriander, so the names of dishes usually cooked with coriander are prefixed with the words "Coriander...", which is basically not named "cilantro". Cilantro and haggis are a classic combination. Whether it is stir-fried haggis or haggis soup, coriander is generally inseparable. "

Sautéed Haggis with Coriander

1. Cut coriander into sections and set aside.

2. Take the cooked haggis bought back from the supermarket and use water to remove the fishy. Remove and wash for later use.

3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the scallions and ginger. Add the haggis.

4. Cook into the cooking wine.

5. Add light soy sauce. Stir-fry quickly and evenly, add salt, pepper, and MSG to taste.

6. After stir-frying, add coriander segments.

7. Prosperously stir fry. The coriander has just collapsed, so turn off the heat immediately.

8. Take out the pan and serve.

Tips:

I used cooked haggis bought back from the supermarket, so I blanched it again just to be on the safe side.
