Scallion Noodles

Materials are ready.

Choose thin green onions, wash and cut into long pieces.

Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in the pot and add the shallots.

Keep frying on medium heat;

Fry until the green onions gradually brown;

Turn off the heat until the green onion branches scorch

Put light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and sugar in the noodle bowl and mix thoroughly;

Pour the scallion oil and mix well;

Noodles are cooked

Remove the noodles and pour them into a bowl;

Just mix well.
Tips:
1. If you don't like black onions, you can pick out only scallion oil.
2. Appropriate addition of a little lard can increase the aroma.
