Scallion Noodles

Wash the green onions and cut into shreds

Boil a pot of boiling water, add a few grains of salt (anti-sticking) after the water is boiled. Put the noodles in the pot, remove them after they are cooked, and put them in cool boiled water to cool

Let's prepare the seasoning first. Put light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and rock sugar powder in a bowl and mix thoroughly

Heat the pan with cold oil, and set the 600-900 watts fire in the hot pot of the induction cooker. Put the shredded green onions into the pot and fry until the shredded green onions are browned.

Pour the adjusted sauce into the scallion oil and mix well

Tips:
You don’t need to stir-fry the shallot until it is dark. I personally think the green onion is fried until it is browned and the most delicious!
