Scallion Oil Yellow Croaker

Chopped green onion, shredded ginger, blended oil, steamed fish sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine

Marinate the surface of yellow croaker with a little salt (30 minutes), put the marinated yellow croaker and ginger together in a pot and steam it (10 minutes).

Take the steamed yellow croaker out of the pot, drain the soup from the fish plate, drizzle with steamed fish sauce and soy sauce (a small amount), and cover the fish with minced garlic and green onion.

Tips:
