Scallion Pancakes

Mix the flour while adding water, as shown in the picture, don’t add any more water

Knead into dough

Roll into thin slices, add chopped green onion, salt, thirteen spices, chicken essence, oil, olive oil, sesame oil

Apply evenly

Roll up

Divide into small doses

Roll out

Put oil in the pan, put the cake in to bake
