Scallion Pancakes

Proofed dough.

The rod becomes a big dough.

A spoonful of peanut oil in the middle.

Fold the dough back and forth in half, the purpose is to make the dough stick evenly with peanut oil.

Sprinkle chopped green onions, sesame seeds, thirteen spices, and salt evenly on top of the peanut oil.

Finally, sprinkle a little flour on it to prevent oil leakage (this step replaces shortbread).

Use a knife to make two cuts on both sides of the dough, without cutting the middle.

Then fold the dough in the middle.

The folded dough.

Continue to fold.

Pole into pancakes.

Preheat the electric baking pan and add oil, and fry the cakes until golden on both sides.

Cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
