Scallion Pancakes
1.
1. Put an appropriate amount of flour in the basin, pour in warm water, stir with chopsticks while pouring the water, until the flour becomes flakes, pancakes, and the noodles are slightly softer. 2. Knead the dough until the surface is smooth, cover it with plastic wrap and leave it for about 20 minutes.
2.
3. The ingredients can be prepared while waking up the noodles. Wash the green onions and cut them into chopped green onions; cut the carrots into shreds, and then chop them into small pieces. (I put some carrots creatively, not only the color is good, but also nutritious.)
3.
4. After the noodles wake up, take the meat for a while, then roll out into a large dough, spread a layer of oil, and evenly sprinkle with salt, pepper, chopped carrots, and chopped green onions. (It's pretty! The panel is too small)
4.
5. Roll up the dough from both ends, cut it into small pieces after the roll (I cut it short and a bit bigger), then pinch the two ends to prevent the oil and ingredients from coming out.
5.
You can roll it into small rolls, or press a small section into a cake, whatever you want.
6.
6. Roll out into pancakes and prepare for frying.
7.
7. Pour a small amount of oil into the pan. When the pan is slightly hot, add the pancakes and fry on low heat until both sides are golden brown, warm, and the delicious scallion pancakes are ready.
Tips:
PS: You can add more salt and chopped green onion to taste better.
Husband said it's delicious, he will definitely make better next time, hehe!
