Scallion Rolls

Ingredients: Reconciled yeast dough (100g flour: 1.5g yeast: appropriate amount of water), chopped green onion, salt, walnut oil.

Stir the flour ➕ water ➕ yeast evenly and put it in a basin to ferment for 1 hour.

Fermented to 2 times as big as honeycomb.

Knead the fermented dough until the surface is smooth, then roll it into a 0.5cm thin noodle and brush it with walnut oil.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt, chopped green onion, and walnut powder.

Fold the dough sheet into three folds; cut into 2cm sections, overlap the two sections with chopsticks in the middle, and then roll them up.

In a pot under cold water, boil and steam for 15 minutes.

After steaming, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then take it out.
9.
The fragrant green onion rolls are ready.
